Returns and Exchanges only apply to online orders.All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.Customers must pay for return shipping per company policy, unless the circumstance calls for it. We will take care of all reshipping costs.Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customers account.
